The articles of organization are a document similar to the articles of incorporation, outlining
the initial statements required to form a limited liability company in many U.S. states. Some
states refer to articles of organization as a certificate of organization or a certificate of
formation. You must file your Articles with the state to become a legal business. This is a
requirement. You will use your name from your name reservation to file your Articles and
make it a legal business. What ever state you are in you would need to find out from your state
